Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All services provided by BİSTE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM TASARIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("BisteSoft") are performed in a digital environment. This Delivery Policy governs the delivery processes of services and digital products.

2. Delivery Method

All services and digital products offered by BisteSoft are delivered electronically. No physical delivery is made. Delivery is carried out through one or more of the following methods:

  • Transmission of project files and access credentials via email
  • Sharing through cloud storage services (Google Drive, GitHub, etc.)
  • Delivery via project management platforms
  • Direct deployment to live server/hosting environment
  • Publishing to application stores (App Store, Google Play)

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. The estimated delivery time is specified in the contract or proposal document. Standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • UI/UX Design: 2-4 weeks
  • Web Application: 6-12 weeks
  • Mobile Application: 8-16 weeks
  • Enterprise Projects: Determined by project scope

4. Delivery Confirmation

When the project is delivered, a delivery notification is sent to the buyer via email. The buyer reviews and approves the delivered work or requests revisions within the period specified in the contract (7 business days unless otherwise stated) from the date of delivery.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

BisteSoft exercises utmost care in adhering to delivery timelines. However, delivery delays may occur in the following cases:

  • Failure of the buyer to provide the required information and materials on time
  • Change requests in project scope
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, legal regulations, etc.)
  • Disruptions in third-party services (API, server, app store approval processes)

In case of delays, the buyer is immediately informed and an updated delivery schedule is shared.
