BUYER:

The natural or legal person purchasing the service. The buyer's name, address, phone number, and email address are specified during the order.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the service/digital product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's bistesoft.com website and/or direct communication channels.

3. Service Information

The type, quantity, price, and payment conditions of the services subject to sale are specified in the order form or proposal document. Services generally include:

Custom software development (Web, Mobile, Blockchain)
UI/UX design services
Digital consulting and strategy services
Cloud & DevOps infrastructure services
WhiteLabel digital products
Social media management (SMMA)

4. Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is the amount specified in the proposal or order form. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is stated separately. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or payment link. Installment options may vary depending on the bank and credit card type.

5. Delivery

Services are provided in a digital environment, and the delivery period is determined according to the project scope and specified in the proposal document. Digital products and services are delivered upon completion via email, cloud storage, or project management platforms.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of establishment of the contract. Detailed information on exercising the right of withdrawal is available on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page. Provisions regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal are reserved.

7. Obligations of the Parties

Seller's Obligations:

To perform the service completely and on time in accordance with the contract conditions
To inform the buyer during the service process
To protect personal data within the framework of the privacy policy

Buyer's Obligations:

To pay the service fee on time
To provide the requested information and materials on time during the project process
To inspect the delivered products and services within the period specified in the contract

8. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Ankara Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. The contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

9. Effectiveness

The BUYER declares and undertakes that they have read this contract, understood its content, and accepted all its provisions. The contract enters into force upon order confirmation.
